Money is certainly an important aspect of life. Ignoring it or believing that it is unnecessary is rather naïve. However, it is important to understand that money is not everything. That being said, it is an important factor that contributes to the way you feel about yourself and the confidence you have in yourself. How do you feel about prosperity and your finances? Are you one knowingly sabotaging the flow of money into your life because you don't see it in your bank balance right now? This tends to happen whenever you unintentionally dishonor whatever you have right now by believing that what you have is not sufficient.
If you believe that you have no money, or that you will never have enough finances, then you are not attracting positivity into your life. Therefore, it is time to replace all this with a little positivity. Dealing with your finances is an overwhelming task, and it is difficult. The simplest way to go about doing this is by keeping track of every single penny that comes your way. Even if a penny doesn't seem like much right now, but they all add up, and eventually it fattens up your bank balance.
Learn to understand your worth and work on improving yourself. Always keep a positive attitude in life and don't let any negativity bring you down. Every negative encounter or experience you have in life is a learning lesson. Don't allow it to extinguish the power of your inner goddess. Embrace the goddess mindset, and you will see a positive change in your overall life and attitude toward life.
Hack #4: Crack a Smile
You might have heard the lyrics of an old song that goes something like, "When you are smiling, the whole world smiles with you." Well, it turns out this song is right, and smiles are quite contagious. Yes, you read it right - smiles are contagious. When you see someone smile at you, don't you smile at them automatically? It is a knee-jerk reaction that takes even if you don't know the other person.
We all have different subconscious needs, and perhaps the deepest emotional need of all is the need for self-esteem. A vital means via which the subconscious need for self-esteem can be fulfilled is through acceptance. Who would not want to be liked and accepted just the way they are without changing anything? One of the major reasons for lack of self-esteem and self-confidence these days is the lack of acceptance or rejection from certain groups are individuals and society. If you keep expressing your unconditional acceptance of every person you meet - not just at home, but even at work - you will soon be amongst the most popular people across the world. How can you express your unconditional acceptance? Well, start smiling.
It only takes 12 facial muscles to smile, whereas it takes 113 facial muscles to frown. Whenever you genuinely smile at someone, it conveys a positive message that the said person is pleasant, likable, or even attractive.
